Returns- All custom orders are final sale. There are NO returns or exchanges without authorization on damaged or mis-shipped merchandise only.
Cancellations- Once an approved proof is received, there may be no cancellations on custom orders.
Payment- We require pre-payment or a signed official purchase order before custom orders can be put into production. Any full custom items ordered require a 50% deposit.
Shipping- All orders will be invoiced at standard UPS ground rates unless otherwise indicated. Identify Yourself is not responsible for items received late or damaged due to shipping service.
Proofs- We require a signed proof on all custom orders. There is a $25.00 charge per proof.
Overruns/Underruns- All non-apparel items are subject to a 10% over/under run and will be credited or invoiced as needed.
Minimum Orders- All products have a minimum order required to go into production. If less than minimum is needed a Less than Minimum charge may apply. Apparel items can be combined with the same logo to meet minimums. Call for info.
Artwork- Black and white camera-ready artwork in a PDF or EPS format with 300 dpi resolution or higher is required of your logo and/or artwork. We are happy to assist with the logo design if you do not have artwork. Art charges will apply for cleaning up art, typesetting or creating new art.
Set Up Charges- Screen charges apply to most products that are customized – refer to product description for additional charges.
Embroidered Products- prices include up to 5,000 stitches in 1 location. Additional set up charges will apply. Additional charges will apply to larger logos requiring more than 5,000 stitches.
Pricing- Prices are subject to change at factory discretion. Please call to confirm current pricing. Please refer to product info for specific pricing info for individual products. Pricing does not include shipping, proofs, or any artwork we may need to do for you unless otherwise indicated at time of ordering.
Imprinted products- Prices include 1 color, 1 location imprint unless otherwise indicated. Additional run and screen charges will apply for additional colors and/or locations unless otherwise indicated. Product availability is subject to change at factory discretion.
Production Time– Standard production time is 10 working days plus shipping time AFTER art approval. We require approval on all custom orders. RUSH production is available on many items-contact us for more information. Additional charges will apply.
